Karl’s Italian Bread

Italian Bread
There are so many versions of Italian bread. I have been perfecting my own version by trial and error. Baking bread takes a fair amount of time. My suggestion is to have a good book to read while the bread is rising. Pre-heat oven to 375-400°F.

Green Tomato Relish
This recipe I got from Jane, thanks.  I first had this relish back in the mid 80’s when I had a ranch in Saskatchewan and it is just fantastic. Goes great with, sausage, pork and chicken. It takes a bit of work but is not really that hard to make.
