Karl’s Italian Bread

Italian Bread
There are so many versions of Italian bread. I have been perfecting my own version by trial and error. Baking bread takes a fair amount of time. My suggestion is to have a good book to read while the bread is rising. Pre-heat oven to 375-400°F.

Bannock and Salmon Salad
Bannock is a wonderful bread that is easy and fun to make. Deep fried on the side burner of your BBQ, leaves the little bit of mess out of the house. It tastes fantastic and in my opinion is served best with Salmon Salad.
